Palate Light, light roasted, light sake, grass, faint nutts, faint chocolate, vegetal, berries. Finish Short, light, sugarcane, fruits, faint caramel, faint chocolate, light sake. . The empty glass has pear, cooked rice and herbs. This is a rum that you either like or not. There are some sake notes hidden in the profile and I do like sake.
