"Colore dorato, luminoso e con riflessi chiari. Il naso lascia spazio alla vaniglia, alla frutta e al caramello. Il palato riprende quanto percepito al naso con l’aggiunta di spezie, legno ed una leggera salinità. Leggermente pungente, ma considerando i gradi era prevedibile. Buona la persistenza nel finale. Personalmente lo ritengo un rum discreto e ammiro il progetto che sta portando avanti Pellegrini"
