“Nice, classic Versailles profile with excellent balance of pencil shavings, tea, citrus, wet wood and tart spice notes of pepper, licorice and anise. Definitely brings in rough edges, resulting in an exciting complexity as none of the notes swing out negatively. “In questo rum si sente tutto il pot still in legno Versailles! Scuro, legnoso, fumoso e tante spezie a fare da contorno! Unica nota che non mi fa dare un voto più alto è che un po’ monocorda in tutta la degustazione ma se vuoi sentire cosa ti può offrire un pot still in legno questo è sicuramente un rum da assaggiare!”
