"I got a pre-birthday present from my wife with 25 highend samples and it made me very happy 😊 This is a lovely Versailles. First off really good and no water needed ro release all those yummy flavours. Lightly fruity with nice wood and spices. Nice and dry on the palate."

"Had a wonderful tasting event yesterday with only good CDI rums. This one is the second one of the six. This is a delicious rum bottled for the Danish Market. A strong rimum with a nice punch in the flavours. A true Enmore rum no doubt about that. A very well integrated proof but you may want to add a drop of water or maybe two. "

"Nice, classic Versailles profile with excellent balance of pencil shavings, tea, citrus, wet wood and tart spice notes of pepper, licorice and anise. Definitely brings in rough edges, resulting in an exciting complexity as none of the notes swing out negatively. The VSG 90 profile is of consistently high quality, to which this bottling also impressively testifies."

"Eine warme, volle Nase. Sehr reif, sanft und ausgewogen. Komplex und würzig. Holz, gebrannter Zucker und Gewürze im Mund. Nicht besonders kräftig (aber weit weg von verwässert). Schöner Abgang. Ein schöner, archetypischer Demerara, süffig und zum Genießen. Für höhere Weihen fehlt im aber dann das Besondere."

"Ein gutes Stück intensiver als der Colours of Rum. Aromatisch etwas komplexer, aber auch etwas ungezähmt - trotz des nicht allzu hohen Alkoholgehalts wirken hier die Gewürze, Rauchnoten und etwas Schärfe im Abgang deutlich nach. Interessant ist auch der Unterschied zwischen erstem Eindruck an der Nase und dem Geschmacksprofil am Gaumen, das von fruchtig-lieblich unvermittelt zu herb-würzig wechselt. Gefiel mir beim ersten Probieren kurz nach dem Release nicht besonders gut, diese Urteil korrigiert sich nun etwas; der Rum ist definitiv kein schlechter. Mir ist das Release aber auch weiterhin etwas zu ungestüm."
