“Sehr tolle Gesamtkombo. Ich schmecke nebst den Früchten Safran raus, was mir persönlich sehr gut gefällt. Verbrannte Heidelbeeren. Alkohol dürft noch ein wenig besser eingebunden sein. Braucht Luft zum Atmen. Ein wenig Wasser funktioniert auch, bringt noch mehr Frucht hervor. Fürs Alter noch ordentlich wild. Aber viel Komplexität und Umami.”

“Un nez avec un peu volatil, estherisé, boisé et fruité. Une bouche un peu fermée, iodée avec quelque chose de maritime, pas très équilibrée. Une finale splendide sur l’orange. La meilleure partie de de rhum. Le verre vide est un peu déçevant avec un léger vinaigré. Un beau rhum malgré tout.”
