“On The Rocks: On the nose brown sugar and cinnamon with mild fruit and floral notes. Taste has a nice sweet flavour with up front cinnamon with fruit and floral undertones. The Spicy Red Pepper is delayed as it builds to take over the flavour profile. Finish is medium length with the red pepper continuing to build along side the mild sweetness. The is a very unique experience and enjoyable with its spicy pepper burn. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose Red Pepper tingle in the nose (be careful inhaling). Taste is different and a little confusing. It tastes like a Pepsi Zero Caesar. There is a definite red pepper flavour along side the Pepsi Zero. It feels off balance mixed and feels more like a party trick. It is more of a unique experience to have it on the rocks.”
