RumX Account Deletion Information

How do I delete my user account?

To delete your user account, follow these steps:

1. Open the RumX app and log in with the account you wish to delete.
2. Navigate to the "Profile" tab.
3. Scroll down to find the "Delete user account" button.
4. Click on this button. A confirmation prompt will appear.
5. If you confirm this action, your user account will be irrevocably deleted and cannot be restored. Please be certain before proceeding.

Which data will be deleted?

Upon account deletion, all your personal data associated with the RumX app will be irrevocably deleted. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your tastings records.
• Your bottle purchase logs.
• Your wish list entries.

Please note that this action is final and cannot be undone.

Will my forum account also be deleted?

No, your forum account will not be automatically deleted. The user administration of the RumX Community Forum is independent of the RumX app. If you wish to delete your forum account, you must do so separately via the user settings on the forum. Please visit the forum and navigate to your user settings for account removal options.
