"Had just a sample of it, but I will definitely not hesitate for more if I get an opportunity again."

"The nose on this rum is really nice and it may remind you of some of the Last Ward rums, not as complex but very well balanced. The palate has been perfectly rounded with the perfect proof. So no alcohol dominance but a perfect balance. The orange really shines through and the price to quality is very good. "

"Beautiful wood notes and simply a classic. Of course, no High Ester profile, but Appleton 12 belongs for me in a well-stocked home bar."

"very geiler st Lucia and incredibly balanced! I like very much! especially this fresh pineapple mint note, caramelized coconut chips, light acid Hintenraus after red berries and discreet nougat, toffee and allspice and various citrus💣super tasty, for me my absolute drinking strength reference at st Lucia!🙏🇱🇨"

"The molasses comes from Dom. Rep. and Guyana. After distillation it’s aged in former bourbon and Tennessee whiskey barrels between five and eight years before blended and bottled. In my opinion is this an outstanding everyday rum, especially when taking the price into account."

"This is a very light and close to diluted release. Price to quality is pretty good though. Sweet and fruity with some caramel and spices. Mild and oily on the palate and finish. Draws really nice curtains in the glass and the empty glass has really nice flavours."

"Interesting rum mainly because I found it an unusual Jamaican because of some of the fruity notes. As the mere novice that I am, at a blind tasting, I would have mistaken it for an agricultural. Very light toastiness. Medium-long finish with a prevalence of lychee."

"It did not impress me at all. Disappointing. Too much alcohol and anonymous aromas. It remains a pleasant after-meal rum, but uninteresting for tasting at a certain level. I expected more from a well reviewed rum...I probably failed to understand it."

"Sehr schöner, entspannter Blend zum unschlagbaren Preis. Kann auch mit hochwertigen Blends locker mithalten!"

"It’s a blend of three-to-four-year old rum aged in American oak bourbon barrels It’s quite young and that’s noticeable when it’s coming to the deep in the rum and the powerfulness. Overall I’m getting a little of a whisky feeling, but that’s not bad. I think it’s quite good for being so young. "

"This is a very light Jamaican rum. Dry but yet well balanced. The blend is a 100% potstill rum from Vendome and John Dore. Classified as a Plummer Rum, which means the ester concentration is between 150 and 200 grams/hl AA. For the price tag a nice rum actually. "

"Würzig - fruchtige Aromatik, dazu eine ganz dezente Säure die an Rotwein erinnert und Ingwer. Süße ist sehr angenehm."
