“Goûté rapidement en cave. Franchement, je n'aurais pas misé un Euro dessus mais je dois reconnaître que le nez était engageant (banane, esters, vanille, sucre) bien que léger. En bouche, la réduction est bien là mais il reste de la puissance. On est en Jamaïque, avec mes marqueurs habituels mais un côté canne sucrée qui reste présent. Pas très complexe mais plutôt sympa.”
