“A Madeira rum with a rather floral, fruity nose, complemented by notes of sap, wood, cocoa, sugarcane and sweet spices. The influence of port is felt not only on the nose, but also on the palate, with notes of grapes and red fruit, followed by roasted aromas with coffee and nuts, and a floral, earthy framework that also lingers on the finish. The finish is fairly long, with warm notes of spice, bitter licorice, chocolate and fruit (red and dried fruit). A pleasant rum, typical of its milieu, which lacks a little of the depth to make it a complete and better rum.”

“Medium to long finish and this one has a bit of herbal flavour to it. Price to quality is very good.”

“Balanced agricole with moderate vegetal notes, focusing more on dried fruits and some earty tones. Long and colorful finish, loved that!”
