It was distilled in 1990 from Molasses with a Single Wooden Pot Still and then aged for 27 years. The rum has an ABV of 51,2%. "19.04.2019 Meeting up with some old colleagues at this wonderful hotel. Notes Medium dark to dark in colour. Nose Wood, light roasted, floral, banana, spices, faint apple. Palate Wood, naturally sweet, floral, spices, medium dry, light medicinal, light mint. Finish Medium to long, wood, medium dry, light mint, iodine, tannins."
