“I picked up this rum inspired by the positive reviews, but was disappointed given the price (96 euros, but I would sell it no more than 40). A good Spanish rum, but just not in my league. Sweet at high proof, no surprises from the aromas other than some coconut notes and a distant back taste of barrel. The alcohol is not well integrated.”

“Lovely rum and if you can get your hands on it give it a try. The nosw is fruity with wood, vanilla and nuts. There is a hint of iodine once rested. The palate is woody with fruits, vanilla, nuts and chocolate with a hint of tobacco. The finish is medium to long with wood, vanilla and raisin. Leave the empty glass for a few hours and give it another whif :-)”
