“04.09.2022 Meeting up for a nice after event party at my hotel. Good rum and food spread over a full day. Nose Wood, roasted, faint smoke, fruits, ester, light glue, faint mint. Palate Oily, wood, roasted, light varnish, fruits, light mint, faint anise. Finish Long, wood, roasted, dried fruit, light medicinal, ester, light earthy.”

“Like the entire Monymusk 1995 vintage at a high level, but not an outstanding representative. Strong nose with great fruit (papaya, mango, passion fruit) and sweetness in combination with heavy spice, homz and menthol/camphor. On the palate, it then tends more in the menthol/camphor/bitter direction and the interplay with the fruit falls somewhat by the wayside - compared to other representatives of the vintage.”
