Surprisingly sweet for a WIRD, the classic profile is almost overlaid by vanilla sweetness and subtle roasted aromas from the oak barrel. Overall, the oak influence is a tad too dominant for me. An interesting release, but overall quite far removed from the great Rockleys.
Rockley Tasting 1986/87/2000 im lower ABV Flight der schwächste Vertreter. Dennoch ein sehr schöner WIRD.
Not too bad but watered down too much in my mind. Light wood and fruits with some medicinal notes. The empty glass revealed very light nuts and chocolate.
