It was distilled in 1997 from Molasses and then aged for 22 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 60,3%. "A great Caroni though very expensive. The tar and rubber are there from opening the bottle and just creeps across the table taking you into Caroni heaven. Lightly fruity with a touch of chocolate and caramel. I love the super long finish."
