“Super, beautiful West Indian agricultural rum! Bielle does not disappoint. Edit: after airing the bottle, a magnificent nose of flowers, citrus and yellow fruit. The palate is superb, with citrus, caramel and pepper. What a bottle!”

“I love rums from Bielle because you always know that they're good and the price matches what you get. What I found in this one, that adding water actually throws it off balance, so try to only rest it instead. The nose is oaky with fruits, sugarcane and spices with a hint of mint and chocolate. The palate is oily and oaky with fruit and a lovely mix of spices trailed by light mint. The finish is long and oaky with dried fruit and a bunch of spices.”
