"Super, beautiful West Indian agricultural rum! Bielle does not disappoint. Edit: after airing the bottle, a magnificent nose of flowers, citrus and yellow fruit. The palate is superb, with citrus, caramel and pepper. What a bottle!"

"I love rums from Bielle because you always know that they're good and the price matches what you get. What I found in this one, that adding water actually throws it off balance, so try to only rest it instead. The nose is oaky with fruits, sugarcane and spices with a hint of mint and chocolate. The palate is oily and oaky with fruit and a lovely mix of spices trailed by light mint. The finish is long and oaky with dried fruit and a bunch of spices."

"It is really good and well done. The mouth offers a very nice greediness (chocolate, caramel, vanilla). A little less fresh than the 2010 tasted just now, it presents on the other hand a better mastered woody taste. To my taste, the perfect Bielle would have been this one with the length of the other one or the other one with the greedy notes of this one: to be continued..."
