"Made by a distillery that used to make Bacardi too. Epris is half molasses/cane juice or sometimes one of those (?). It leans towards an Agricolesque style: Grassy, fresh apples, a bit like Calvados. Really neat and crisp stuff. Very spirit driven. This particular one needs some time in the glass to open up."
