“Very good matches Sajous with ex-Rhum cask. Possibly I’m wrong but it reminds me Bielle Rhum from Marie Galante. Very fruity, fresh, intense, sweet-sour-herbal. Lots of herbs and flowers. Honey, acid, glue. Very good sipping product. And I expected that some cocktails on this should be absolutely fabulous, I’m going to try…”
