Finally time for another sample today. Super fruity on the nose, especially pear, green fruit but also lemon. Some ester and menthol. In the mouth also fruity, earthy with dominant woody notes. Mint and light peppery notes in the mouth. Nice spiciness! Mint and wood on the finish. Great piece! I like it very much!
#4662 17.03.2024 Sitting at home relaxing a bit with some TV series running on the telly 😊 Nose Light roasted wood, tannins, light mint, light floral, plum, light anise, faint olive, light citrus. Palate Light roasted wood, tannins, sweet, melon, light anise, orange, medium dry, light mint, plum. Finish Medium to long, wood, light mint, light grass, plum. The empty glass has a light medicinal note and some faint chocolate and berries.
On the nose, fruity-fresh with apple, gooseberries and pear. The PM typical olive notes are only very subtly present. On the palate, old barrel, leather, nutmeg and also some fruit, direction pear compote. The low ABV I find here not at all negative. Really good PM!
Good balance but lack of layering. Point 87
