Quel nez! Une fois bien réchauffer, le cognac révèle vraiment tous ces arômes, qui sont à la fois très fin et très agréable, on se croirait dans le verger d'un jardin. Le rhum se fond par ailleurs très bien au cognac. En bouche, la pallette aromatique est moins riche, certainement dû au court vieillissement du cognac et au rhum n'ayant pas assez de caractère. Cela dit, gustativement on reste dans la continuité du nez et c'est agréable à boire. Concernant la final, c'est pour moi le point faible de ce spiritueux, les arômes s'estompent malheureusement assez vite.
Un assemblage intéressant, rond et fruité. Le bois et la canne sont en retrait.
