It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 17 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 54,4%. 11.06.2021 A nice evening with some friends at the beach bringing some nice rums. Notes Light in colour. Nose Light wood, light nutts, dried fruit, faint floral, light citrus, plum. Palate Spicy, light smoke, faint caramel, licorice, light olive, salty, light mint. Finish Medium long, wood, licorice, light mind, light citrus, raisin. Extra note. ABV not as well integrated as the 2004 release.
