"Retasting at the German Rum Fest 2023 and I still like the price to quality. ----- For a navy rum and though it is kind of heavy on the nose and palate I'd say its too smooth for a navy rum. Not that it's bad, it's a pretty good rum at the price tag. Fruity and woody with chocolate all the way and a good beginner rum in the navy style department. Price to quality is very good."
"Navy Rums gibt es viele. Viele schlechte, wenige gute. Diesen hier würde ich im Mittelfeld einsortieren. Wirkt nicht ganz rund, in der Nase eine starke Note von getrockneten Früchten, vor allem Rosine und vergorenen Trauben. Am Gaumen etwas verwässert und irgendwie habe ich Assoziationen an ein Finish. Easy Sipper, möglicherweise etwas für Neulinge (vielleicht mit Whisly-Background), mich holt er jedoch nicht richtig ab."
