Low scoring so far but this is very nice in my opinion. Would be better at high strength but love the petroly mangos on the palate.
Superbe nez qui commence avec un caramel au beurre bien gourmand puis s'ouvre sur les fruits tropicaux et les agrumes mêlés à quelques épices type cardamome. En plongeant le nez dans le verre, ce rhum ce fait un peu plus "sale". Le pamplemousse est la 1ere note en bouche, c'est très agréable. Le jus est sirupeux, le caramel est bien présent ainsi que des épices et des notes d'agrumes dominantes. Finale assez longue sur les agrumes et les épices puis l'eucalyptus prend toute la place dans une belle fraîcheur.
I can't get enough of this bottling. An aromatic bomb on the nose, finish and retro olfaction. No bitterness, just pleasure. The only downside is a slightly timid attack on the palate.
Nice start... Just needs some watts! The red fruit/mango taste is still great on the palate.
