Just tried this one in a rum/raisin cake and the final result was yummy. Just drown the raisins in a closed container for 24 hours before using them in the batter.
Der Pacto Navio Red Wine Cask braucht Zeit im Glas🥃, sonst überwiegd die alc. Note. Die Nase besticht durch Vanille, Holz, Süße und Alkohol. Am Gaumen kommen rote Früchte und etwas Gras hinzu. Der Abgang ist Mittel und die Rotweinote kommt hinzu. Am Ende bemerkt man etwas Bitterkeit/Bleistiftspähne. Dieser Rum benötigt viel Zeit im Glas, dann wirkt er runder und die Rotweinote kommt gut ins Spiel und der Alkohol tritt in den Hintergrund.
