“Typical rhum from the "waterfall distillery". 😉 Pleasant, sweet nose, slightly softer on the palate, but still drinkable, alcohol quite well integrated. Appears older. However, a normal Chamarel XO is unlikely to be any worse ...”

“Nose definitely on the fruit with a very pleasant roundness. On the palate, a woody dimension is added. A nice length in mouth carried by the cane, the liquorice and the dark chocolate. The alcohol is well integrated. For the price, it is an excellent bottle!”
