RX6983 Edit: Franconian Tasting Rating confirmed The 94 New Yarmouth vintage remains and is a real cracker. No matter which bottling I've had in my glass so far, I've never been disappointed. I had almost forgotten about it due to the saporization. It's been standing for quite a long time now and it's been really great. Simply delicious how the aromas have been released. I can now smell and taste hazelnut, it smells like you're holding your nose in a Nutella jar. Very, very tasty!!!"
"#4249 Getting my hands on these Colours of Rum samples isn't easy. But once I get some I'm never disappointed because the bar is usually pretty high. I rested this one for 30 minutes before giving it a go and the nose developed as time passed. This particular release is a non funky Jamaican and I still love it. Fruity and roasted wood with ABV really well integrated. Love the medicinal and caramel notes in the profile. Draws really nice curtains in the glass and the empty has some coconut, ginger and chocolate."
"Seamlessly joins the ranks of the excellent and extremely tasty New Yarmouth releases from 1994. Balanced, wonderful sweetness, even the high alcohol content plays along. Excellent rum."
