It was distilled in 2002 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 14 years. The rum has an ABV of 51%. This is a limited release and there are only 225 bottles.

“The most amazing thing about this rum is the pale colour. Very light in colour but pretty good in the flavours. Once rested there is a wonderful bouquet of fruits with a smoky touch and some vanilla. The flavours are really clear in the empty glass after a while. Well rounded and balanced with a dry touch on the palate.”
