It was distilled in 1989 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 15 years. The rum has an ABV of 45%. This is a limited release and there are only 2016 bottles.

“This was a wonderful surprise and if you leave it to rest for at least 15 minutes it really opens up. Only lightly fruity with spice and some wood. There is a floral touch to this rum and it went well with my favourite dark chocolate. I'm pretty sure it would do well with a good cigar.”
