This is not a wine cask in my tasting, but beer! And i feared that initially, remembering the oktober fest CDI. But alas, this smells of a sour beer. This actually works suprisingly well in the nose, with some beeswachs and floral notes. And amazingly it continues on the palate. I am so pleasantly suprised!
Leider ganz schön süß! WAs allerdings richtig gut ist, ist eine deutliche Honignote.
Riecht besser, als er schmeckt. In der Nase angenehm fruchtig, hopfig mit einer tropisch-sauren Note. Leider kommt das Bier-Finish am Gaumen nur sehr schwach durch, da eine süße Note alles dominiert. Insgesamt auch etwas zu dünn, ein paar Prozent mehr hätten der Abfüllung wohl gut getan.
das Bier Finish bringt eine schöne Perligkeit und Honig und bittere Hopfen und Grapefruit Noten mit rein. sehr angenehm und süffig, könnte aber ein paar % mehr vertragen...
