“Au nez, c’est doux et pas vraiment expressif (surtout après le 6 ans 90’s qui était ultra concentré) ! On retrouve principalement un profil épicé (poivre – muscade – girofle). Auquel vient se greffer des notes vanillées et boisées. En bouche c’est crémeux mais jeune (normal pour un ambré) et dans la retenue. On retrouve le poivré du nez, du boisé et du café amer. La finale est plutôt plate sur le café-poivré. Cet ambré ne m’a pas du tout transcendé. Je n’ai pas pris de plaisir à la dégustation, probablement mal placé dans la Lineup au vu de son âge. Il faudrait tester en Ti-Vieux.”
