Ferroni La Dame Jeanne 11 Rhum Cabo Verde 57%
La Dame Jeanne 11 Rhum Cabo Verde by Ferroni is a distinctive white rum distilled from sugar cane juice. This 57% ABV rum is celebrated for its fruity and fresh aroma, with notes of honey, grapes, and fermented tones. On the palate, it delivers a vibrant fruity taste layered with vegetal, spicy hints, raspberry, and fruit schnapps, offering an aromatic explosion. Users compare it to Clairin and appreciate its intense, pleasant flavors of raspberry brandy and grappa, accented by clove and nutmeg. Although some find the alcohol a bit dominant, its intriguing blend of wild grogue character and smooth, grassy cane finish makes it a captivating choice for rum enthusiasts. Enjoy its unparalleled aromatic journey and lingering finish.

“Un bon kiff ! On est clairement sur du fruit, de la canne et un petit autre chose, que je ne saurai pas définir. Un nez très ouvert, à peine le bouchon retiré, de belles éfluves. Une fin de bouche assez onctueuse.”

“Very nice, but the alcohol takes over too much from the wild side of the grogue.”

“Another grogue. Nose: fruity, fermented, fresh. Raspberry with honey in the foreground, behind it some grape and increasingly something artificial, like dishwashing liquid with lemon balm. More fruity than Vulcao or Barbosa. Close to a Clairin. Palate: pleasantly fruity, clearly towards hemberry brandy, fruit brandy and grappa. Out the back clove and slightly nutmeg. The finish adds grassy sugar cane.”
