Très bon rhum brut de colonne et brut de fût. Super bien intégré malgré ses 71,7% ! Belle découverte. Ça chauffe 🔥

Nez gourmand sur la pâte d'amande,le chocolat, les agrumes (à l'aveugle environ 55°) En bouche c'est toujours gourmand avec les mêmes notes et des épices, la canne bien sucrée prend de l'ampleur. (Entre 60 et 65° à l'aveugle). Finale longue sur la canne et les épices avec quelques notes fumées qui s'invitent après une longue aération. Très bon vieux longueteau, gourmand pour un tel voltage. Je préfère malgré tout la version non vieillie😋

Explosion gustative en prévision ? Nez : pomme/vanille/nougat Bouche : citron vert/amande amère/alcool Finale : plutôt longue sur le poivré Rhum super bien intégré malgré les 71.7% mais cela chauffe quand même ! Je suis bien content de l’avoir gouté car si je devais avoir une bouteille, le niveau descendrait bien lentement … Je préfère la version initiale non vieillie.
