“Au nez, c’est très pâtissier, de l’amande, du miel … Et des fruits bien mûrs (banane, orange, ananas). C’est assez dingue comme nez car il me fait immédiatement penser au Velier Hampden H 2010 ! Mais je penche plutôt le nez pour le finish Sherry que pour le distillat en lui-même. Car ce n’est pas la première fois que des finish Sherry donne des nez sacrément intéressant : Foursquare Principia, HSE Fino & Olorosso. On bouche on retrouve les fruits tropicaux, mais de manière très douce. On est devant un gâteau au fruits, avec de beaux fruits rouges en pagailles. Le tout saupoudré d’épices.”
