The Saint Michael was produced in Barbados. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Valinch & Mallet. It was distilled in 2000 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 19 years. The rum has an ABV of 54.3%. This is a limited release and there are only 256 bottles.
