The "SFJE" was produced in Jamaica at the Clarendon distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Cadenhead‘s. It was distilled in 2004 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 14 years. The rum has an ABV of 66,2% and the mark is SFJE. "Resting this one doesn't take the burn from the ABV. A few drops of water helped release more flavours and also set free the fruitiness and spices. This one would probably have benefitted from at least 5 more years in the barrel. "
