“Papaya and strained banana on marzipan. The feeling when the rum reaches the mouth is a true orgasm of the senses. Lots of fruit, slightly candied, dance up and down on the tongue and do not want to disappear. The fruit notes continue deep into the palate and are wonderfully rounded off by wood and tannins.”
