Very good for cocktails
- Nose - sweet caulkie candies. Jamaica comes through on the nose first with the funk, then some mineraly floral notes, second the Guyanese rum come though with coffee and tobacco, Some spices too. Cinnamon, allspice - Palate - light bodied. a nice blend for cocktails overall. a little bit fiery on the back end. Guyana dominates on the palate. Burnt molasses, leather. Funk in the middle, sweet flower tea at the end - Finish - short finish. Sweets, then hot and sour soup
The molasses is strong in this one, and enjoyable. Either straight or mixed. This might be one of my favorite Hamiltons.
