“15.07.2021 Nothing better than meeting people for dinner and rum when you're on holiday. Notes Very dark in colour. Nose Fresh, wood, roasted, tannins, light caramel, dried fruit, faint chocolate. Palate Oily, balanced, wood, tannins, dried fruit, medium dry, light caramel, light chocolate, faint coffee, light mint. Finish Very long, wood, roasted, raisin, light caramel, chocolate, faint mint.”

“Needs a bit until it opens, but then blatantly spicy, I spontaneously old Madeiras come to mind, along with coffee, raisin and creme brulee. On the palate sweet and spicy. The rather high ABV is present but not disturbing. Sure, you have to like this style, but it just fits perfectly with the cigar (maybe it's also because Spaniards were the first companions to the cigar back then 😉). For me, a real top Spaniard!”
