"The nose starts off alcoholic but after resting for 15 minutes it changes to a nice smoky nose with honeysuckle, varnish and molasses/bourbon. The palate is nice and warm with a charred smoky start going into dried fruit, caramel and a bit of spices. The finish is long, medium dry and warm with pepper and a tad off smoke."
"A strong aroma of molasses, coffee, dark chocolate, some wood and fruit. The taste is also full of chocolate, malt, molasses and coffee, spicy with roasted aromas."
"Very interesting. I like a hint of whisky in that."
