How does this rum taste?

Expect green apple and varnish on the nose, then funky pineapple, leather and demerara sugar on the palate. Several note a long, layered finish, though a spirity edge can appear neat. One of my favorite rums and one of the best Wedderburn expression I’ve ever tried. Intense but refined. If you enjoy Clarendon rum, this is a fantastic bottle you won’t regret.

Beautiful nose and quite a lot of wood in the taste for such a "not old" rum. In the finish then unfortunately a tangy note that clouds the overall picture somewhat.thanks for the sample of this rare bottle!
