How does this rum taste?
- Rich flavor profile
- Limited edition rarity
- Cask strength complexity
The Nectar Of The Daily Drams, distilled in Belize's Travellers distillery, aged for 13 years from 2007, offers a memorable rum experience. Bottled at cask strength with a potent 62.6% ABV, this limited release of just 260 bottles features notable woody, coconut, vanilla, and caramel aromas. Taste notes highlight coconut, vanilla, and chocolate, creating a warm, lingering finish. Reviewers appreciate its resemblance to Barbadian profiles, though some note the alcohol could be better integrated. Adding a few drops of water improves balance, enhancing the rich, robust flavor.

"Classic profile from Belize, reminiscent of Barbados, but comes along a bit more balanced. Not entirely perfectly integrated alcohol, which provides an explanatory basis for the bottlings in the 50 volume percent range; apart from that, another beautiful representative from the Travellers Distillery."
"Solider Belize. Wie immer. Alkohol hintenraus deutlich spürbar. Schöne Haselnuss Note"
"When it comes to the 2007 Belize, the RA still sets the standard for me. Although the Nectar Of The Daily Dram brings the typical characteristics of the distillery, the last little bit (slightly alcoholic notes) is missing to be able to pass the RA or CDI Bottled for Perola."
"For me a very good and drinkable rum, similar in taste to Barbados. Wood, coconut, caramel play the main role in the aroma and taste. I enjoyed the finish the most, which warmed up nicely and showed the strength of the alcohol..although I am not a fan of high proof rums, this one was a pleasant surprise."
