This limited release of only 4824 bottles was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Transcontinental Rum Line. Distilled in 2011 from molasses using a Column Still, this 7-year-old rum boasts a 43% ABV. Revel in the delightful harmonies of caramel, vanilla, banana, almond, and barrel on the nose, followed by a delectable blend of caramelized banana, molasses, fruit, and leather on the palate. „I’m enjoying this one far more than I was expecting. It has a nice, mellow creaminess overall, some fruity undertones, and oak spices that pop up towards the finish. While not super complex, it’s quite approachable and easy drinking. I just wish I could see what some extra proof points could do for this.“
