This was my favourite of the evening. A lot of lovely oak and oak spices from nose to finish. Dry and kind of sweet at the same time. Wonderful balance between the heavy oak notes, fruits and spices. The sprinkle of chocolate and tobacco makes it a very smooth Agricole.

Superkomplexer Agricole Rhum. Geschmacklich ein Hybrid aus Guyana, uraltem Guadeloupe und Martinique Rhum. In den top 5 Agricoles meiner Meinung nach.

Ce Bally 1999 est à déguster au moins une fois pour tous les amateurs de rhum agricole. La texture est épaisse, c'est ample, et très évolutif. Miam !

Farbe: Umbra - extrem dunkel Geruch: Recht zurückhaltend. Rund nach Mon Cherie, Rum-Trauben-Nuss Schokolade, Dörrpflaume und Rosinen. Zudem riecht er nach leicht angebranntem Marmorkuchen und Pudding. Geschmack: Rund und fruchtig, dann würzig im Mund. Beim Schlucken eine Geschmacksexplosion … super lecker! Schmeckt nach roter Grütze und Rosinengetränk mit Sahne, zudem würzig. Abgang: Mittellang. Angenehm, die oben genannten Aromen klingen gemächlich aus. Trocken, würzig, holzig und scharf. Schwach bitter mit Tanninen. 87 Punkte

BALLY 1999-2017 18 ans. Brut De Fût 54.5% Mis en vieillissement à 62.1% soit une perte de seulement 7.6% durant les années de fût. Matière première : jus de canne à sucre frais. Fermentation direct. Fût de chêne neuf. Incroyable de complexité et de densité. un rhum agricole qui à l'aveugle vous colle sur du heavy Demerara. Un absolu fruité, confit, un bois noble concentré, du tannins et des épices à profusion, finale infinie et equilibre dantesque. le plus beau des Bally.
