"Un rhum brut de colonne intense mais qui fait preuve de beaucoup de dĂ©licatesse. Le nez est extrĂȘmement floral et vĂ©gĂ©tal, la canne Ă sucre, le foin, lâherbe et lâolive sont trĂšs prĂ©sents. Quelques notes fruitĂ©es apparaissent aussi succinctement. En revanche, lâattaque en bouche est plus diversifiĂ©e, plus fruitĂ©e (fruits exotiques et agrumes) et trĂšs fraĂźche, avec des notes dâeucalyptus, de menthol et de basilic. On reste sur un profil trĂšs fin mais trĂšs intense en terme de goĂ»t, trĂšs sec mais trĂšs rond et avec beaucoup de fraĂźcheur. La finale, trĂšs longue, revient vers le cĂŽtĂ© floral, vĂ©gĂ©tal, terreux et herbacĂ©, laissant une drĂŽle de sensation de chaud dans la gorge mais beaucoup de fraĂźcheur en bouche.
