“Normand d'origine, je connais le Calvados depuis tout petit. J'étais un peu curieux de découvrir le mélange rhum et fût de calva et je ne suis vraiment pas déçu. Le calva prend beaucoup de place mais il se marie vraiment bien, au goût, avec le rhum. Au nez, la pomme emporte tout d'abord. Puis du caramel, du café. En bouche, la pomme démarre et remplit la bouche puis laisse place au sucre, au fruit et au bois. Le tout est plutôt sec. c'est vraiment agréable. Le tout est encore plus prononcé après quelques minutes à température ambiante. Vraiment une belle surprise pour moi.”
