Rum Artesanal Ron de República Dominicana, distilled in 2018 and bottled by Heinz Eggert GmbH, offers a classic Dominican rum experience. Crafted from molasses using a column still and aged for less than 8 years, this rum features a 40% ABV. Ein sehr süßes Aroma, fruchtig nach Beeren, Wein, sehr angenehm. Der Körper ist leicht, eine angenehme Süße im Geschmack. Der Nachklang ist mittellang und leicht alkoholisch.
10.09.2021 Sitting at home with some samples. Notes Light to medium dark in colour. Nose Light, wood, fruity, dried fruit, light caramel. Palate Light, wood, faint roasted, light caramel, cherry, sweet, faint nutts. Finish Medium long, sweet, wood, faint coffee, faint nutts, light caramel. Extra note. Needs to rest for a good while because ABV integration isn't that good.
Leichte Holznoten. Nicht zu süß. Für Rumcocktails ohne Funk gut geeignet.
