Smells and tastes savory. Chili both on the nose and on the palate. Woody, spicy, grassy. Rather little fruit. Very interesting.
Jalapeno/bacon/cheese/brioche sesame burger or Burger King chili cheese burger in liquid form. Fat!
Surprisingly fruity for an Agricole.
Very niche bottling for Distillerie Du Simon..as far as I can tell, it’s really an unusual expression for a Martinique rum..you surely get vegetal and mildly grassy notes, although these are quickly covered by chili, green pepper and woody, with a touch of underripe banana and mango. On the palate, these flavors evolve into more complex notes, like cola and smoke. Truly unexpected
