“Un rhum génial ! Ce clairin de trois ans est déjà superbe : on retrouve le caractère du clairin blanc (viande, fumé, rôti, esters) mais un poil adouci. Je serais très curieux de voir ce qu'un Rocher entre 5 et 8 ans pourrait donner.”
