How does this rum taste?
Kong Ron is a uniquely crafted Guatemalan rum from the Kong Spirit distillery, distilled from molasses using a column still. With an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 40%, this rum presents intriguing aromatic notes of eucalyptus, fresh floral, and milk chocolate influences. The sophisticated taste profile includes stapled eucalyptus tones, enriched by refreshing floral, vegetal, and minty nuances. More of a liquer or something than a rum. This is one of those unicors - totally different, totally unique (for good or bad). Very earthy and fresh at the same time, herbal, minty, floral. I quite enjoyed it, maybe because I didn't expect rum.

Dry, unsweetened spiced rum with a charity character for gorillas. But somehow it only smells fresh like eucalyptus 🤣 I don't really understand why it has to cost €80... I can also make a eucalyptus infusion myself😅
