“Dieser Rum ist holzig, erdig mit Vanille und Trockenfrüchten/Rotwein im Hintergrund. Weitere typische Agricole-Noten wie Leder und Schokolade finden sich auch. Im Mund eher scharf und bittere Noten, aber auch gleichzeitig etwas süß, was durch das Finish mit spanischem Rotwein erklären lässt. Der Rum hat mich nie so ganz überzeugt, wobei er der beste Rum der Destillerie Aldea ist. Preis ist etwas teuer, wenn man ihn nicht in Spanien einkauft.”
